How I'm going to make it happen:
1. Plan ahead. Adjust my cal range per meal when I know I have a food event.
2. Keep up streak of using gym at work daily.
3. Make mostly good choices.
4. Practice moderation, not deprivation. I really can do it.
5. Bring something healthy to shared food events.
6. Stick to no seconds, no matter how good.
7. Make an extra effort to get enough sleep this month.
8. Prioritize holiday to do list so I'm not stressed by last minute things to do.
9. Make some me time to relax.
10. Keep packing my lunch for work.

I was not aware that we had started the Winter Weight Loss already. I apologize for my tardiness. I know, doesn't sound good coming from a Team Leader does it?!.....

Beginning November 325

SHANNON...... You can get this started. I had to think back on what I did best with in the past and start with that.....

COOLAUNT1961 ...... I know JUST what you mean.....

CAROL ...... Good Morning and what a giving heart you have!

BETH ...... Good Morning Sonshine! Way to go on moving forward!

UNIQUE ...... Welcome to the team and your in a fabulous group (TEAM) of friends.

I am restarting my diet and with the help of my special Team members and my coach Beth, I will get this done! I have struggled so long but not hard. There have been moments that I pulled my own and then times that I just played at trying to loose. Until ( I ) make that commitment, I will not succeed.

November 304 trying hard to get back to 229 pre baby weight before my nine year old.
