That's what I did. I'm exercising more and eating less carbs and fats and more protein. It's working! I lost 3 lbs this week and two lbs the week before. You'll get there. I knoe you eill :)

I'm up to trying something new right now... I'm still doing SparkPeople daily and tracking food and exercise daily, but I'm kicking it up a notch with more exercise and a few less calories. I hope it breaks me into the 220's.

Life is happening now, not 10 pounds from now.
200 plus lbs lost without surgery, crazy diets, diet products, or extreme exercise- so have hope!
