You all are so sweet!

Life is happening now, not 10 pounds from now.

230 lbs lost without surgery, crazy diets, diet products, or extreme exercise- so have hope!

I really do want to say thank you for sharing your story and for starting this team. I have back problems myself, and always feel like I have to push it anyway to get where I want to be.
The last few days I've had a different problem- My ankle is swollen and can hardly put pressure on it at times- but reguardless I've been "I gotta do it, gotta make myself exersice"

So I did exersice last night, in a chair to Coach Nicole's seated videos. I did cardio, core, and upper body- less cardio than normal but moreintense than I am used to.

I remember what you said in the article- it started out with you lifting shampoo bottles. I grabbed a couple bottles of body wash out of the cuppard and used them for the video.

Your story helps me remember that its ok to do what you can, and even what seems like small efforts add up over time.

Thank you for demonstrating how to give yourself grace and do what you are able to do.
