Changing my mindset. I have little belief in myself that I can lose weight. I really need to change the negative talk that goes on in my head. I also need to work on sticking to my plan. I get derailed too easily when I see no results.

My biggest obstacle is in keeping my sodium in range. Too much sodium and I retain weight.

If you don't want to keep starting over, don't give up in the first place.

My biggest obstacle is to lose the last 85 pounds I need to lose. I had gastric sleeve surgery in October of 2012 and I have lost all I'm going to with the surgery so this is all on me to lose. I have to push, eat right and exercise. Those are challenges for me. It's going to have to start with cooking healthier and eating at home more. Right now we eat out 7 nights a week. I want to start out by cooking 2 nights a week to hopefully make things healthier.

I'm reading The Spark, too. I hope it helps. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning with terrible back pain. This hasn't happened in a long time. I won't be able to exercise until it subsides. In the past it took 3 days. I have ice on it now. emoticon

To be consistent when we go to Florida in Feb for the month. It is hard to be away from my workout and nutrition buddy and to make healthier foods that I am used to eating at home when your DH does not want anything to do with them.

Winter is very difficult for me! I don't want to go outside for any reason. It's very depressing, and I eat when I'm depressed. During the late Spring, and into the Summer, and early Fall, I'm outside, walking, gardening, and swimming. I don't have time to snack on unhealthy foods. I love all the fruit in season during the summer.

My Dr- I want to get off my cholesterol med- she wants to up it. she forgets blood tests that are important to my family history and only focuses on what she thinks. I want an opinion! I get so frustrated I give in and eat something dumb.
