I ended up going to "My Trackers"..."My Fitness"..."Fitness Setup"...and changed everything to 0 days/week or 1 of them wouldn't do 0 days/week, so I said 1 day/week for 0 minutes/day...it dropped my calorie range from 2900-3300 to 2580-2930...so I will try that for now (if need it down more will just change the numbers in the Tracker Options bc that seems easy enough and should have just done that lol) and I guess any exercise I do do will be BONUS since everything's at 0 lol I haven't really done anything considered "exercise" my Sparkpeople yet anyway, well started an arm bike last week, but anyhoo...THANK YOU ALL for helping me!!!!

There is also a box on the page where you set up your exercise goals that asks how many calories you are burning per week. If you have been tracking your exercise and have a general idea you can plug that in and it will reset your eating goals, also. I finally got mine into a workable range and it's been going good. But you do have to track your usual exercise for a week or so to know your energy output. I didn't include the basic metabolic rate stuff, just what i was doing in actual physical workouts.

Which came first, the tornado or the travel trailer??

Colleen did it work? I don't know how to change my ranges since I have entered maintenance or even what they should be.

You can go to your Start Page, and click on "Account / Email Preferences," then scroll down to the bottom of the page & click on the "Reset Your Goals" button. That will save all your foods, etc. Once you click on that, you'll have to go through the setup process again.

If you know what calorie range you need - you can go to "My Nutrition" "Tracker Options" and from the drop down menu "Change diet settings"
Just change the numbers!! Don't forget to click "save" at the bottom of the page

go to your goals and reports section and click on "change goals". or use the "help" tab at the top of your page. if worse comes to worse, you can always remove all your stuff and start over again.

OK I am so aggravated about my whole calorie range stuff and from talking to some the past day, I've decided that yes, my ranges have to be way off...so does anyone know how I wipe all that info I provided out and start over and see if I get different results??
