To record Day 1 video go to your fitness page and click on Add Cardio. Then click on Browse and scroll down to Other Exercises. The 10 minute Cardio Kickboxing with Coach Nicole is listed click on it and it will give you the calories that you burned. Hope this helps.

In my excitement of the bootcamp challenge, I hurt my quads pretty good from squats and lunges last week. I did too many reps. So, I've let them heal and have been walking and stair climbing gently. I am now on the mend and will take the strength training much more carefully this time.

emoticon I just finished my first 10 minute video, plan to do it once more this evening. I walked for 1 hour this afternoon and plan to walk 30 minutes on treadmill this evening. Looking forward to this month. This is a great challenge.

Hello,
I don't know if this will help you or not but I'll try. In the challenge details I clicked on Complete week 1 action steps. Then look down to # 1 and in red letters click "Get your workout videos". On the page that pops up; scroll down till you see a day of the week chart; Day1 - Day 7 again in red letters. Click on day one and you'll get the video for today. Hope this helps this is my first challenge and I'm learning to navigate this as well. Good Luck! emoticon

Imeatingwell... I am right there with you... did it and it was ugly...but ya know what that is exactly why I am doing it!!!! My sig other walked in and looked puzzled and walked back out... he needs to be glad that he did not laugh... I would have had to kick box him.

I'm glad that nobody could see me doing my kick boxing video. It wasn't pretty! But, I did do my best, and am looking forward to doing the videos every day. What great resources!

getting ready to do the first video, I tried it last week so I know what to expect! Afterwards going out for a walk on a nature trail to get some cardio in even though its not required today, it can't hurt right?!

emoticon Day 1 this challenge is a good time for me to use Fit, Firm & Fired Up Lower Body Blast and Cardio Blast Walk It Out. I'm going to do 2 10 minutes workouts before work each morning and walk/jog in the evening because I'm also doing the virtual 5K.

emoticon I am loving this challenge already. I love kickboxing. It always makes me feel strong, even if I can't kick as high as Coach Nicole. Lol My Lil Bro is doing the challenge with me and I had to help him with some of the move combos. He made me promise not "to go all Jillian" on him.

LINDSEYINWI I did the video twice and the tracker put the calorie burn at 246, so I guess 1 time would be half that.

I did the Walk for Hunger today. Twenty miles in 5 1/2 hours. Does that count for my first day of the challenge? Kidding, I think I am ahead of the game for myself.

Keep up the good work, the month will fly by and we will feel great at the end.

How many calories are people putting down that they burned on the day 1 video?

Edit: I noticed it puts in the calories for you. I was going to save the video until after dinner but decided to do it while I was still in my gym clothes before I showered. Whew! More of a workout than I thought! Might do it later, too ... but I'll have to take another shower then lol.

I just completed my 1st video and yes, it was hard! But I feel like its just what the dr. ordered. So I am happy to do it and will problably do it again later today. I also sent my sis-in law a link as she is discouraged about her inability to lose even though she is sticking to her diet. I asked her to try the video and then call me back to tell me what she thinks of it and this great website.

I just finished my Day 1 routine and did it for 30 minutes because I enjoyed it. Now it's on to the treadmill for 30 minutes. Yesterday I ran 5.37 miles through a nature trail,so I'm doing indoors today because of allergy overload.
