I treat every day like emoticon , so I am excited to start this challenge today May 1st. I am claiming it! I will complete this challenge all the way through so that on May 31st I will be able to post emoticon , possibly see a drop on my emoticon and a few inches lost on emoticon (sorry closest emoticon I could find for my tape measure) emoticon .

Hey All:
I am starting today also with a bike ride and then a cardio workout with Nicole. I hope to kick start some weight loss Feel like a plateau has happened.

Went to a gym nearby and because of my age my weight goal has changed. What a wonderful thing to have you fat percentage measured. Scary but wonderful I am trying to think out of the box more.

I'm really looking forward to starting this challenge tomorrow! It's my 3rd challenge & I'm actually doing day 7 of a 30 day DVD challenge tomorrow but I'll incorporate it into this one. Really looking to kick up the activity level. Wanting to be in the 140's by early June if possible; 7 lbs to lose in May which could happen!

Hi! I've been doing the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp every day since it started and the New You Bootcamp almost every day(I took about 10 days off due to surgery). I am staying toned but I think my body could use some variety. I love how the "sessions" are 12 minutes or less. It makes it so easy to fit into my day. I'm ready to start tomorrow!

10 minutes later . . . Just checked out the exercises and most are the same as the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit one so not sure if I'll do it or not. The challenge of having to do cardio 5x a week is still a good thing for me.
