Day 6 done. I too am hoping week 2 will be as good as week 1. I'm afraid she could get a little tougher. I like it when the first workout if under 10 min. Then onto my 30-40 minutes of cardio. I am alittle sore from yesterday's pilates. Tomorrow may be moving a little slow cuz of all the butt moves this morning. Good work outs though.

I have started to incorporate more cardio in my lifestyle...Walking the dog, hiking, walking to work, and I have to be honest my legs are sooooo sore! I am hoping this gets easier soon!lol For all you people out there with children my kids got the Just Dance 2 for their Wii and wow you want to try that for a fun work out...

Did 30 mins on the elliptical last night and it was quite easy, not as mundane as it use to seem so in essence my first day of cardio in this challenge. Can't wait to see the pounds GONE!

I started Sunday as well. After the ab workout today I'm sore but weirdly in my arms and legs, not in my abs! Either I'm doing poses all wrong for pilates, or else I'm much weaker in my arms and legs than in my abs (which actually, I find rather likely). Eep!

On day 3. Day 1 and 2 were great. Feeling all sorts of soreness today. The ab workout was hard on my legs. Feeling soreness in my abs but not compared to my thighs and calves. Could not run this morning. Gonna try a kick boxing video tonight along with video 3. Wish me luck to get me through the day.

I started yesterday too (May 1st) but I started with the Day 2 video and did the Day 3 video today. I will do the Day 1 video one day this week when I don't have my 30 minute elliptical planned into my day. Wasn't a fan of the Day 2 lunges, but really liked the Day 2 video with the different ways to do crunches! emoticon

So I am planning on starting today by doing 2 videos to catch up to "start" on May 1. This should be great!

I've already been walking a lot lately. I did nearly 5 miles yesterday and 1.8 so far today. I really hope to finish this challenge, it will really make me feel great if I do.

I've tried other bootcamps and have not finished one yet emoticon

Good luck to everyone, let's keep this thread going week to week and I hope to see all of you on the 31st (or 28th, however this works out.)

Do you have the internet channel on your Wii?

You might be able to do it that way: look up the workout video on you tube and get the specific address, then type it into the Wii's internet URL area. I'll have to wait to test this once I get home, but that's how I think it will work...

I guess we just track our exercises under my fitness. If that isn't correct please let me know. I tracked my food as well yesterday and did pretty well but am still under in protein. I guess I'll go out and get some protein bars and see how that goes. Good luck today.

Today was my first day at the challenge. I was not able to connect with Nicole's kickboxing video so I went on On Demand with comcast and looked up kickboxing and did a 7 minute kickboxing video 2 times. I also did my stretch exercises. I feel good! I pray that I will meet tomorrow's challenge as I did today.

Did the Day 1 video yesterday morning, since it's after midnight. Haha, plan on doing the Day 2 video as soon as I get some sleep. Which will be soon! After work I plan on doing 30 mintues of Jump Rope for my cardio!! This challenge is holding me accountable to actually do my exercise, which is an area I've seriously been lacking in since the start of my journey. Woohoo!

Almost forgot about the beginning of the challenge til I checked my email. Luckily, I've been consciously making 'better' choices since I signed up. Day One started and completed. It felt great! I also tried Zumba today for the first time. Day One of many changes for the new me.

I started today too and just did the 10 minute kickboxing video. It was fine, but I did feel pretty uncoordinated the first few moves! :) But I'm sure it will get a little more smooth with practice.

lol My kickboxing wasn't pretty today either - hopefully will see an improvement in coordination as a side benefit to doing the videos! But pretty or not we all got through Day 1 and can be proud of ourselves! emoticon

Don't get discouraged. I did the kickboxing video as well. I try to do it twice a day along with my walking. I am already seeing results in the way my pants and skirts are looser around the waist.

I just did the kickboxing video and I am there with some of the other posts, it wasnt pretty! It said I burned 173 calories, so OK I will take that! Good luck to all my friends, we are in it to win it! I just want to be a health weight, glad you all are with me
