Just whatever I feel like! I'm gonna walk everyday that the weather is OK (I live in Iceland so that only happens the next three months) and today I walked and I feel like going to play basketball with my boyfriend :D Other than that I go to the gym and do a lot of different cardio :)

@KCMSMITH3100 - I have definitely worn my HR monitor during this particular cardio actvitiy. Y'know, just to get a baseline. I say it counts.

Today, however, my cardio was a 4 mile run!

Did treadmill and circuit training today. Will do hiking some days--when I'm at work and will spend one day moving college daughter--that will be stairclimbing and toting!

Had been walking everyday or riding my stationary bike when weather is crummy. With this new challenge I've started my Tae Boe workout video and just purchased a fitness ball with Pilates workout video.

Walking. It'll be the treadmill and/or walks around the neighborhood with my newborn now that the weather is a little better.

Running is my main cardio during the week. Other than that I'm too spastic to stick to any one thing. I have a workout buddy and we are all over the place: biking outdoors, biking indoors at the gym, doing a workout dvd, or a fitness class at our university. We just tried a Zumba class last week and liked it, so we're probably going to be doing more of that.

Did a 35 min treadmill intervals. Alternate 1min sprint with 5 min walk with weights. Add in incline & increase speed. Gets the sweat pouring and the heart rate up.

My boyfriend ran in the Philadelphia Independence Blue Cross Broad Street Run today which is 10 miles. I was so motivated from watching all the runners, that I came home and took the dog for a long, brisk walk and then went to the gym and did a walk/run for 30 minutes. My goal is to be able to run a 5K by June 19th. Let's hope I can do it!

Today it was the video plus my elliptical...tomorrow...who knows :-) Maybe I'll clear off the treadmill and do a little running.

I have really upped my cardio lately - I take 2-3 Zumba classes per week, step class once per week, walk/jog at least 5 miles per day, rebounder (like a trampoline) with weights once per week, hot yoga cardio sculpt class 3 times per week - and then, of course, the videos that go with this challenge will be added on top of the above.

Only one pound from initial goal weight - but I think I'll go another 10 pounds now for good measure and also work on toning a bit more. Thanks for the timing of this challenge - it's perfect!!

My cardio included push mowing the yard, and walking/pushing my 3 year old to the store for 30 minutes. Otherwise it will be my dance and kickboxing videos. I have a treadmill but I don't like it. I wish I had a bike.

I like walking, poolwalking and water aerobics, afro-modern dancing, treadmill, step climbing and now that the weather here in Philly is getting nice I will go back to biking. I do most of these activities with my husband so it is always " what are we doing tomorrow". I will begin to try the videos.

I have a lot of things that I like to do....walking/jogging (about 10-20 miles a week), jumping rope, wii fit, dancing, Coach Nicole's videos, and now that the weather is nicer bike riding. It's better for me to mix it up, keeps it from getting boring and avoids the "work" aspect of it.
