I take a Zumba class on Monday nights and Kettlebell classes on Wed & Friday mornings. Other days I fill in with treadmill workouts. Hopefully when this weather ever warms up, I will be outside biking, mowing lawn (push mower) etc. emoticon

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday I have Zumba classes, then everyday it's not raining, I walk my daughter to the parks farthest from my home, which is about a 3 mile walk there and back. Also when It IS raining I have my eliptical trainer to keep my cardio going!

I do several things to change it up. I'm part of the Biggest Loser challange at my gym. My trainer has me doing the treadmill, the elip., stair master and my least favorite activitiy, pushing the sled with 100 lbs on it! I also do RPM (spin) at least once a week. Love it!

Since I have a busy day today, I will try to get to the gym (they have shortened hours on Sundays) but if not I will walk 2 miles. Once the weather warms up (will winter never end?) I'll ride my bike for 6 miles. We have a trail near us that ends at Lake Michigan. My goal is to bike that trail before the summer is over. It's about 40 miles.

I swim and gym, or I should say gym then swim. I run, then strength train 3 days/week, bike and row the other 2, and swimming is my special treat after I have completed my other routines 5 days a week.

I've just started walking/jogging outside. I used to be too shy/embarrassed, but one day I decided to step outside and "just walk," and I've been hooked ever since. I took some time today to map out a two-and-a-half mile route around my neighborhood -- I'll be using that for the challenge, and gradually trying to decrease my time.

My route allows me to quit and go home at several points, but I've found that when given the option to turn and walk a block home, or keep going straight and go "just a little bit further," I have yet to take the short route (but I love having the option, just in case). When I'm not staring at the clock just dying for my cardio to end, I tend to go that much further.

I also spend a lot of time watching movies thanks to my Netflix subscription, so I'll be jumping (invisible) rope or doing jumping jacks while I watch those at home, just to get a little extra work in. You never know if tomorrow's workout will have to be canceled -- and if it isn't, well, no harm done ;D

I like walking a lot. If the weather is not too hot here in Florida, I'll walk outside. Fortunately, I live just minutes from a walking/bicycle trail. Otherwise, I either walk indoors or I use a my stepper.

Since the weather is starting to even out, I will be walking at least a mile a day. I will continue going to Curves 3 to 4 times a week and I am starting at class at the Y. It will be two days a week. I will also be laying patio stones, removing and replanting sod.
Raking, hoeing and other yard and garden work. I would like to start mowing theyard, but so far the hubby has not let me do it.Now doing this challenge ontop of the above is going to give me some good work outs. I may start doing some bike riding, but will have to see what time permits

I walk on the treadmill. Have been setting it at 12% incline and have worked up to 3 mph. I have started changing the pace now so lower the incline and walk faster, then run for a minute or two if I can survive it, then walk, then incline again, etc. I watch HGTV while I walk so it passes the time. usually try for 60 minutes but always do at least 45.

I also mix mine up. I have a stationary bike at home along with many walking & Tae Bo and some Biggest Loser dvd's that I will use. I am also starting to rock climb again this weekend so that will be added into the mix at least once or twice a week. I think I am also going to start training to walk a 5K (not allowed to jog/run anymore).

Since I no longer have a gym membership I have had to get pretty creative. I am currently taking a kickboxing class at the local college two nights a week. Then I do the Insanity dvds... those are killer! Other days I walk or play outdoors with my son. This summer, I will add some swimming!
