These are great ideas - we clearly need to have some fitness and food challenges, along with some writing challenges! Stay tuned!

We will work on incorporating everyone's ideas into the format we are developing. We'll also be changing things up every six weeks or so as the seasons change. No point in getting bored doing the same old thing! And since change is the name of the game, we need everyone's good ideas.

Here's a shout out to SAILOR64 for starting the ball rolling!!

Dear Team,

Now that we have an Icon, let's set some team goals. We are creative type people. I'm sure we can come up with something better than eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables or drink 8 cups of water daily.

I'm thinking something that has to do with exercise and fitness. Something challenging, say "Walk 3 miles 3x/week." or "Bike 30 minutes 3x/week" or "Strength Train 30 minutes 3x/week."

Let's hear some ideas.

Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels and looks.
