Good for you for getting back in shape. My goal is to do at least one 5k walking and to keep shaving minutes off. My first 5k - last week - was at 47:13 so this week I'm aiming for 47. We'll see how I do.

Started Day 1 of the Your Way to 5K program yesterday. Not bad while I was working out, a little achy this morning especially in the lower calves.

Not giving up though. I am determined to become a runner again as long as it doesn't kill me. I'm blogging about my progress if you would like to follow me on my journey.

My workout 11/18/2013: Walk 4 minutes/3.2 mph then jog (not run) 1 minute at 4.5 mph, repeat 5 times. Total distance = 1.77 miles Total Cal's = 151

Is anyone else on a program?

Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels and looks.
