Hi

We are taking vacation soon also, but not a month. I pack a small ice chest with fresh veggies and fruits, in small zip lock bags, Zone bars, little packages of almonds, peanuts and other nuts. Single servings, to get you past a temptation. A case of water. and some crystal lite singles. I also have some single servings of sliced roast pork tenderloin, chicken breast and
really lean ham. Freeze, single 3 0z portions and put in your cooler. That will help for a few days.

You can always find fruit and veggies to replenish your stock. Whole wheat crackers, salsa, low fat cheese and you can keep from gaining.

HAVE FUN, You only go this way once.

We are going on a month long vacation. I don't know if I'll have internet all the time and I won't have alot of control over what I eat as we will be spending some time with my husbands family in Georgia. I need some ideas on how to at least maintain. HELP!!

I love the Lord, my family and Spark People!
