When we meet goals - like the 250 points per month - does the site credit the team automatically, or do I need to log it in the team page. I've been good about getting points and I'm getting around 300 fitness minutes a month, so I want the team to get credit.

That's great!! I'm having a struggle with the all or nothing also. It's hard to retrain your brain after so many years. But it the truth. This is a lifestyle change and we are not perfect beings!!

Since I joined, I lost momentum over the holiday season. Now I am back to watching what I eat and getting to the gym at least 3 times a week. I am trying to shed my "all or nothing" mentality so that if I cant go to the gym, I shoot for a few minutes of exercise at home at least.

I know I can get back on track ! emoticon

P.S: Oh! And I got my Teenage daughter to sign on to SparkTeens to strengthen our commitment to a healthier lifestyle!!

If there is a will, there is a Way!

We all need the help we receive from each team. I was able to ride my bike 5 of the last 6 days! I decided that instead of shooting for a long ride time and hateing it. (which means that I would quit doing it in a few weeks.) That I would start small and do that until that was no longer a challenge, then increase the time. I added 1 min after 3 days and increased the speed. I know that it doesn't seem like much but I think by the time I get up to 30 mins or more that I will be more likely to keep it going because I won't be dreading it some much.
Any way thats what I'm doing. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. We've had flooding and snow this weekend. Gotta love winter in Utah!!
