As we have found out through out the years dieting doesn't work , its a temporary fix to the problem. That is why we are here at Spark People to stop that roller coaster and work on life style changes that REALLY works.

Depending what our thought pattern is on dieting is keeping us FAT! Some of the common diet dilemma:

1. You fail on the weekends

2. You make exercise excuses.

3. You don’t care where calories come from, as long as you are under your goal.

4. You starve during the day and gorge during the evening.

5. You go "off" your diet on special occasions.
