If I was really hungry, yes I would. If I was comfortable or only slightly hungry I'd leave it at that and work a little extra protein in the next day.

This is a 'what would you do' type thread.

My daily goals are to have:
1,200 - 1,550 cals
163 - 236 carbs
32 - 56 fat
60 - 127 protein

My totals for today are:
1,344 cals
163 carbs
52 fat
63 protein

I have 156 cals left at my disposal if I want. Now because my protein is between 60-127g and I have only had 63g of protein, WOULD YOU eat more protein rich foods to get the 156 cals or just leave it at that?
