fruit smoothie to start my day. I haven't done that for a long time. Pineapple, banana, mango and spinach. Was so good!! Will have to see how long that keeps me satisfied. Hoping my blood sugar doesn't plummet.

Experimenting and trying to do an entire day of raw food.

Have to find a good salad dressing recipe as well as a cracker recipe to try.
