I create a recipe of my basic smoothie, and then enter it as "Jackie's Smoothie". I do the same thing for my granola and my soup. Then I go to that recipe every time I enter the food. It's the icon furthest to the right on your Nutrition tracking chart.

I was trying to log my food here on SP (something that I detest doing because it's tedious and takes up so much time. And I got overwhelmed trying to figure out how to go about logging the ingredients. How do you all log your smoothies?
