Thank you!! I am struggling to get 1200 calories a day and my range is 2200-2600. I am also getting less than the range of protein which is 97 -238 or something equally I possible!! I am working on this and appreciate the input!! emoticon

What do you consider "enough" protein? Most advice and trackers waaay overestimate the amount that you actually need.

As for calories, if eating a greater volume of food is challenging for you, try adding in things like avocado, nuts, and seeds. Because they have more fat and less water, they are calorically dense, and will bump your calorie intake fast. Don't go crazy with oils, though, because they are pretty much just plain fat, without the micronutrients that the whole plant foods provide.
