That smoothie sounds delicious! I've been doing green for the entire month of March and loving the added energy. I tried kale last week for the first time and it was good!

Will have to try kale/walnut pesto!! I'm having my (late) morning kale, walnut, blueberry, protein stuff, apple...smoothie. Yesterday I had two - breakfast and lunch but I got very hungry by dinner...just kept telling myself it was ok to be hungry!! emoticon Oh yes, 1/4 cup oats...knew there was something else!! I'm experimenting with recipes to help various ailments...as well as trying to get in more fruits and veggies.

Yum! That salad sounds especially good. I made walnut-kale pesto (walnuts and kale - DUH - and garlic, nutritional yeast, basil, and cracked pepper) for dinner a few nights ago, and although I served it with steamed spaghetti squash, you could do zucchini "noodles" if you wanted to keep it fully raw liked the recipes you shared.
