I read several books on this overeating issue, I am a former phakefood addic myself. I use to think I was an overeater and went to OE. I was even a member of 2 teams for eating disorders. Yep, I was there and then some.

Until I went raw. I went cold turkey. I started daily green smoothies. I haven't had a problem sense.

You won't believe what is in phakefood. You would shudder to see what is added to canned/processed phoodstuffs. THAT is what is making the cravings. THAT is what is making your system a little catawompus. That and only that is what needs to be eliminated from your diet. You will see remarkable changes on a daily basis when you give up the crap that is going into your body. It's deplorable what is happening to our children and teens with what is in the phakefoodstuffs. If you don't want to be 100% raw or even close to it that is fine. Use only your own ingredients. Become the master of what goes into your body. Do not trust anything from cans or boxes unless it is from substantiated and proven producers of healthy alternatives. I would still question them. LOL

It is your body. You have complete control. Don't trust what I am saying, test it out. Go off the phakefoodstuffs 100% and feel the difference yourself.

Hi Karen sorry I missed the question. For one I am not 100% raw, I still eat cooked processed food. but at night I try to eat more raw, but what happens is when I run out of raw food to eat I'll eat anything. I long ago developed grazing behavior and even with raw foods I still tend to eat when I don't need to

It seems like you just eat every 3-4 hours no matter what time of the day or night , who cares if its not the normal time. I have to eat dinner at 8-9 in the evening with my schedule.

But my feelings on this it your eating alt of fruits and veggies, just eat when your hungry. You have to eat lots of fruits and veggie the gain weight so just eat when you feel the need to.

I feel like what you eat is more important than when you eat so just worry about what your eating and eat when your hungry.

On this, Mike, you would have to follow your own rhythym. Many people switch their dinner and breakfast meals. Many have your type of schedule and simply find out through experimenting what works for them. You have to be the decider for your own meals. You need to set up your own routine based on your own schedule.

Honestly, if you are eating from whole food plant based nutrition I don't see a problem. You mentioned to me that you were hungry after your night time green smoothie and bed. I asked you to let me know what else you were eating during the day on an average day to get a clue as to what might be causing your hunger. I haven't had an answer back..LOL

Again, it is up to you to design what works for you. No one can tell you. I personally think that a raw organic vegan eating program is the best thing since the lightbulb. Others would disagree. No biggie. Do what works for you. What works is what is best for your physical and emotional well being.

Hi I have a question about time. I have a hard time planing meals because I have no breakfast time. I sleep in the morning and am up until 3 AM. to most people breakfast is in the morning lunch is about noon and supper early evening. so after lunch, around 3pm I eat when ever. I want to change but don't know how. how do I adapt a normal routine to mine
