I love my immersion blender and my Ninja blender. Recently I got the InstantPot but I'm still learning how to use it. The instruction booklet really isn't much help, so it's been a lot of trial and error. I think once I get the hang of it, it will be indispensable.
My food processor recently gave up the ghost after 15 years of faithful service, so that is the next appliance purchase I'll be making.

My most-loved is an electric pressure cooker. Great for beans, grains, etc. Can also slow cook. Timer function is very useful. As I use it several times a week it gets a permanent place on the kitchen bench and I can't say that about most appliances. Mine is 3 years old and still going strong, cost about $60.

I have a hand held spiraliser, the one that's shaped like an hourglass. They don't cost much so you might as well get one. Great for making stringy-dingies s if you want to do replace pasta with zucchini/carrot/etc noodles.

What galaxy is Hawaii in?

Hello! I LOVE my immersion blender. During the winter, it's a great way to make creamy soups. Many recipes call for pouring half into a regular blender and then returning to the pot. An immersion blender takes up much less space and you can use in the pot. I use it at least once a week. :)

ShivaMoon, the Excalibur isn't overly loud--just sort of a "white noise".

If you think so, Eydie, then that's all that counts!

Oh, same thing happened with the Excaliber ... said free shipping but didn't include Hawaii. Apparently that's a pet peeve since I don't end up buying them. Is the Excaliber really loud? I live in a small place and it would have to run in my kitchen/living room combo (great room?) the only room on the first floor.

I like having my food processor (does different things than Vitamix), electric kettle, and air pop popcorn maker. Thought a lot about getting an Instapot pressure cooker (and almost did, but got irritated and didn't when "free shipping" didn't include Hawaii and boosted the cost up into the trees.) Have never used the George Foreman grill, but do also wonder if it would be worth it. I hope someone can tell us.

Yes, Imvegan, I recently got an InstantPot and I love it!

Let's see, so many things---I love my Cuisinart food processor, my Cuisinart griddle/grill/panini press, Excalibur dehydrator, spiralizer, VitaMix, mixer, hot air popcorn popper, juicer, Yonanas machine, ice cream maker, waffle maker, various sizes of crockpots, so many things! I'm crazy for kitchen ware, and yes, I use them all enough to justify having them. I think.

My electric pressure cooker is the one thing I could never do without. Plus I have an immersion blender and a magic bullet and a food processor. The pressure cooker makes rice, it makes yogurt, makes cut up potatoes for mashed potatoes in 3 minutes. I can have a whole meal ready fast. I love it! I used to have a Vitamix and sold it...

The George Foreman Grill could be used to grill veg, but is it worth the space and extra washing time when I already have a nice cast iron pan..for example!?

Hello!

Other than a Vitamix, what cooking appliances do you have and recommend? I think I'm going to put spiralizer on my holiday wish list. I'm also wondering if a quesadilla maker/sandwich press/George Foreman Grill might be fun. They might not be worth the space in my tiny kitchen because I don't eat bready meals every day. Just wondering what you vegans like for tabletop cooking appliances!
