That's really frustrating, Leone. Has the company you bought from had anything to say about it?

Great problem solving, Connie! He gets to see the show and you get the price you can afford. Win-win!

I've struggled to stay on track this week but today was much better. I did an indoor walking workout on my break along with my stretching and strengthening.Colder weather is returning and frigid by the weekend so I have to be intentional about getting exercise every day.

Woubbie, I hope you get well soon

No tracking number--I am so used to Amazon Prime and Etsy where you can follow your shipment from city to city and almost watch it be delivered. I have offered to buy back one person's order and am waiting to hear back from her. The rest have been very patient. We will see what she has to say to the offer. It has been frustrating to say the least, but having to deal with her negativity is not helping. If it doesn't arrive soon, I will have to dispute the charges on my credit card.

Took a half day today. Came down with a chest cold late Sunday and didn't feel too awful yesterday. I was chilled in the evening, so I grabbed a heavy duty sleeping bag to beef up my blankets. Ahhhh. Felt good. I slept pretty well and thought I would be okay to go to work, but wasn't counting on the fatigue. I held out till about 2 and then came home.

I had already scheduled Wednesday off, so I'll get a nice long stretch of sleeping and resting.

Hello Team!!! Leone---GGGgrrrrrr!!! You are patient and have rights to be angry & suspicious!

My eyes are dry and twitchy. To much driving and my eyes can't take it. The snow is bright but I wore sun glasses. DDduuuuhhhhh!!!

I'm hanging out in my house today. I have tuna salad and veggie salad and I'm defrosting a chicken breast.

I'm 'blue' today. Eyes, missing family, and feeling the stress of 90 year old & Uncle's expectation lowers the ceiling of my comfort. I feel _____________________. They both need someone of their own. My Uncle wants to see 'Hamilton' for his birthday present from me. I offered BlueManGroup and he went to the Chicago Arts & Entertainment and announced Hamilton would make him happy! Now, I'm going backwards to do what I can do to make him happy. My finances are not his finances. OK --- enough--- I'll figure it out!!!

Hugs to all!!! Please---I bequeath all the snow in this area to the desert!! It's icy here but no snow!!! I'm hopeful to just hide out today. Tax documents are coming in. Another day---I'll handle it another day!! (Gone With the Wind!)

4:30 pm
Solved one challenge. I offered HAMILTON in March on a Wednesday afternoon. He’ll still receive it as a birthday present (2/18) but within my price range. Ta Dah!

Leone, if the meat order has shipped, did you get a tracking number? Sellers are more savvy all the time with providing some kind of tracking. I'd be freaking out too - that's a big weight hanging on you!

It is down to below freezing here. I'm getting cold in workout clothes - got go do the workout and warm up!

I got some missing client info and can probably finish one client's work (with the exception of 1099's and W-2's because it feels too soon to do them!) and then it's off to the PT job. I have to get in and out of the PT job before 4:30 in order to avoid a needy person. Instead of doing her own research, she wants to pick my brain. That cost over an hour last time. Nope. PT job owner knows her and told me to work fast (payroll!) and get out before she sees me. Kinda cracked me up!

Dog obedience classes today--the first since the beginning of December. Still haven't received my dog food meat. I am really getting antsy! We are talking over $2000 of meat and I have no idea where it is. GAAK! This was for a co-op group and I REALLY don't want to have to return other's money and keep all of the meat (supposing it eventually arrives) for myself. I can feel the cortisol levels rising daily. BREATHE!

Yesterday I got out the Kindle, curled up in a chair and played games, read and re-watched Mrs. Maisel episodes on our new bigger screen. Back at it today, but think I needed the day away from my life.

Supposed to get 'precipitation' tonight and snow tomorrow. Will have to stop by the store on my way home to pick up some HWC in case we can't get out--I cannot live without HWC.

Enjoy your day--I'm going to give it my best shot!

It snowed last night/this morning. Not very much. Just enough to cover the streets and sidewalks. Maybe 1/4 inch. Enough to make it pretty (until the cars went by!) and here in the desert we'll take every bit we can get! Especially, I would think, though I'm not sure, when it comes in little bits and melts into the ground and either goes into the ground water or adds moisture down in the soil. It's snowing now, too, just a bit.

OA this morning, and that's all. I have to pick someone up on the other side of town. Maybe I'll go to the library on my way. Assuming I get ready in time.

Added elastic to the waistband of my "new" jeans yesterday so they'd stay up. No problem with them falling off, but they did need some help in the waist. I'm hemming another pair of jeans and then I'll see if they need help in the waist, too. Belts tend not to be very comfortable.

Chicken Spinach Soup for lunch, and Tuscan Soup (cauliflower, Italian sausage and kale) for supper. Lots of greens today!

Hope you all have a great day!
