I like at least 12 hours IF too, I've been experimenting with more, today was about 15.

Cold, dreary and windy today and snow coming overnight. I'm seriously in a funk and really wish we had the money to go somewhere warm this winter, but with 2 weddings this year we just can't do it. I need spring.

Connie, if you're reading, let us know how you're doing. emoticon

Calgal, I can't WAIT till it's warmer outside on a regular basis. My two cats much prefer the pine needles as a litter box, and so do I! I am sick to death of changing that box, lol!

Julia, I think a lot of us have tried IF at some point, though I'm not one of them. My blood sugar levels are a lot steadier than in the past, and I can go 5 or 6 hours (maybe even 7) without eating, but I don't feel well after that. And I've always had to eat breakfast. The only way I can skip is to have a lot of calories in my coffee.

Two flats planted and much weeded. Another day or two and I'll be ready for spring. Cats aren't liking the ground cover......they like the big empty litter box. I don't. Going to add a litter box outside to see if they will use that one instead of my planters. UGH. Its not like I don't have a box for them, and I clean it 2x a day. Just doesn't make much sense to me. I much prefer an indoor potty!! LOL

53 degrees here the snow is melting we have a lot of rain on the way. I am hoping the snow melts quick so the storm drains are unplugged. Crazy weather.

Curious if any of you do intermittent fasting? I did a 24 hour fast today I am trying to get back on track and back in to ketosis. It's been a struggle since the holidays to be honest.

So easy to go off plan so hard to get back on.

Just another day in the office for me; ho-hum. Didn't do much yesterday and it felt pretty good. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on small farms and such. Chickens and turkeys/ducks first, the perhaps a couple goats. Pigs next year (the names will be April and October).

Yea Debb!!! losing is always worth celebrating.

Have a wonderful day everyone!

No holiday here at the grindstone factory. I left a clean inbox on Friday, and it's staying manageable so far. Hope I didn't just jinx myself!

Nothing going on tonight, I hope. Last week was way too much exposure to non-work-related non-related-by-family humans, lol! Kyle's car is ready for pickup at the garage today. It's too soon to say it's actually "fixed" but the procedure it went in for is at least done!

Holiday here (I hope so anyway, I didn't go to work). I'm glad because yesterday's wet plus this morning's 32 degrees left ice around. Glad I didn't have to drive over the hill.

Todays excitement starts off with a trip to the library...yea! After that it's pretty much downhill. Oh, I'll read a bit, fix dinner, etc.but it will be a relaxing day.
BTW, WHO ORDERED THE DARN WIND??? 45 mph gusts here in Vegas.

It's mind over matter...

Too cold here to go outside and see how cold it feels.

Still losing...slowly but going down.

Leone, we are waiting here too. But for goats. My daughter now has 12 babies that will be arriving in the next month or so. Very excited to get them all. We will be bottle-feeding a few of them, which is fun too. I'm getting one of my old girls back from the home I placed her in, and a baby from another of my girls. This is fun and the first time I've gotten excited about anything in a long time. Other than my grandson, of course. LOL

Coffee and fire here too. Supposed to get a touch of a storm today--we'll see, though it is colder this morning.

Cleaning the Cottage today, laundry and waiting for the promised pictures of puppies with their eyes open. Waiting is hard--even when I would rather the breeder was working with the puppies and I know she is busy, I still want pictures.

Enjoy your day.

Leone
Hang on, it's going to be a bumpy ride.

So, its Monday again. A Holiday for many but more of the same for most of us. I'll be planting again when it warms up a bit. Right now am enjoying the fire and coffee. Hope all have a great start to the week! Hugs and positive thoughts to all!
