I find that keeping fat at 85% is what works best for me, but is hard to maintain. I found this while looking for eating ideas. The recipes do not look appetizing to me though! emoticon
I read somewhere part of the philosophy is staying just out of ketosis.
I calculated for me 66 gr of protein, 165 g fat, and 53 g carbs (I've been below 20 total usually)

I downloaded the book too - it came with a couple of cut-off pages, but most of it looks fine. I also very much look forward to reading it in more depth (I just scanned it for now). Looks good!

Other than treating my diet like a religion of living on a mountain, I agree with the macronutrient ratios. I find it hard to reach them though, but today for example, I am at 9 % carbohydrate, 20 % protein, and 71 % fat.
