I jog/ walk around my neighborhood. I try to do about 3 miles 4 or 5 times a week. I was feeling really lazy one night a few weeks ago and had decided to "skip" my workout, but my husband told me "you can just walk", and that really, really helped. Giving myself permission to "just walk" gets me out the door, and after a couple of laps I almost always decide, what the heck, as long as I'm out here, might as well speed up a bit! I use my iphone to track my distance/speed and for music, which is also very motivating.
I need to do more strength training but at the moment it is not a regular occurance, and when I do remember I just do stuff like crunches, pushups, squats, etc. I just don't think about it very often.
When it is cooler out I LOVE to go hiking. There are lots of state parks nearby with nice walking trails that go thru woods and by creeks, etc. Right now it is just to hot to do anything outside unless it is at night, so I stick to my neighborhood for now.

I use exercise DVDs for both cardio and strength training. I also walk as much as possible, although that's limited by my arthritis.

Before switching to Atkins, I was working out for 90 minutes just about every day (treadmill and rowing machine). Now, I do a half hour of either elliptical, rowing machine, or treadmill every day, and resistance bands every 3rd day. I don't know if that's actually doing much for me, but it's become a habit since I have all the equipment set up in its own room in our new house.

......add to mine - Mowing the Lawn, especially in this heat. I think I lost two pounds of water weight.

It's OK to just say no.

I use the elliptical at the gym, I was trying a running program but my shins won't go for it, I have been reading new rules for lifting so when I'm done I will start that.

I don't like spending my precious "home" time doing something that essentially bores me to tears, so I do most of my working out at work! I do isometrics at my desk, take increasingly longer walks as breaks during the work day (including running stairs in my rather large complex), and use our aerobics room to do my "challenge" jumps and pushups. At home I will do a Tai Chi form (still re-learning it!) and some 10-pound weights. I'll try to finish up my pushups if I didn't get them done at work.

I've deliberately started small and tried to build routines so I just don't have to think about it much, and it still gets done!

I take walks and swim. Sometimes I do some weight work to try and firm up my upper arms.
