That is awesome.. don't think negatively.. try for 2-3 lbs next week, and see what happens. stay strict this week, and it will happen.

We seem to be on the same schedule..lol.. I started 7 days ago too!

Yeah! I am on week one (again)! I've made it to day 3! Great idea to take measurements because I usually get discouraged when I hit a plateau early on! Will do that tonight.

Awesome! It feels so good when you have some momentum going and see progress! You might want to take some measurements this week, and use those for comparison on one of those weeks when the scale doesn't move even though you can see that you've lost.

YAY!!! That is EXCELLENT!!!

I've been averaging about 1/2 a lb a day ... I know that will slack off but I am enjoying every moment while it lasts :D

That is great! I know how you feel....I have been trying to get back on low carb for MONTHS and I couldn't seem to last past the 3rd day??? Now I am on day 8 and feel so much better. It is a real boost to get past a hurdle. Yaaaaaaayyyyy

Well the verdict is in...one week of low carbing, one day of binging and one evening of alcoholic beverages...Still managed to lose 6 pounds!! So I am hoping to continue with a couple pounds a week! I have made it to where I usually get stuck so I hope to get past that in the next week!!
