Your do ing great Russell! I made it through my first week. Don't get me wrong I had 2 days that I broke down to the craving, but for the most part I think the cravings are so less on low carb than the crazy ones on a low calorie diet. Way to go one week one! Hope you keep meeting your goals!

Russell, I wish you the best ... those craving will go away! The muffin in a minute with some melted cheese is a good alternative if you are missing bread. You can also do it like a grill cheese.

Motheruv2: I made the oopsie rolls today and put some real butter on one along with some splenda brown sugar and cinnamon. It was really good...totally satisfied my sweet tooth.

I lost another lb.. 5 in 4 days.. and I was craving cheese bread.. which normally is not something I would like. I made it through, and keeping my fingers crossed. I may lose 7 lbs in the first week, well over my 2 lbs a week plan. Cravings must have been from the smell of the pizzeria.

Wow, look at you go! Almost 150 pounds lighter...that's the size of an adult woman!!! Congratulations and I'll bet you are ALOT healthier! :0). Keep up the great work.

What do you crave? Sweets? Breads? I fall off the plan for sweet cravings and am always looking for something to have in the fridge to get me through.....Greek yogurt, SF Jello, Raspberry Whip ( whipping cream, cream cheese (or marscapone) and SF Torani raspberry syrup whipped together), etc... For breads, I tried the Oopsie rolls once and they were a good substitute.

I am 4 days in .. 4 lbs down.. right now I am having a few cravings.. but eating chicken thighs and mushrooms. Hope the cravings go away. I feel great otherwise.. walking 7 days a week, ST on 3 of them, and still full of energy. Thought I would be thinner at 225, but I AM healthier,so I am happy.
