I brought some Epoch work with me to work that I hadn't previously been willing to do in the office since it's too obvious that it's not SMC work, but I'm too bored so I'm doing it. That's the goal, to get work done on Epoch stuff.

Ok, I don't know how likely this is what with the sleep dep and all, but there is a location of Extreme between me and my dance studio and I am supposed to have access to it as per my new membership parameters. Dance is at 7:05, this gym has a Zumba class at 5:30-6:30. This would leave me enough time to get to the studio and still be able to relax. So the plan is to try to make it for this class. I might just go, find out where the club is, make sure my membership is set up right, and do some eliptical or treadmill rather than try a class on sleep dep (especially since I may not even be on time after the finding, confirming, and figuring out where the change rooms and studio inside the gym are).

Or maybe I'll just go to the dance studio and nap until my class LOL

Yeah I'm really failing at this recipe posting thing...

I'm not good at goals. I just get done what I feel like at the time. I'll probably get fed up with the kitchen tonight and get it done...especially since I HAVE to cook tonight.

My goal for today has already been met. It was to get my skates sharped. I'm off this afternoon to go with Kate's class to the skating rink. I've also promised to take her to an outdoor rink tomorrow if the weather is nice as she has a PA day.

Sometimes we just need a short goal. Just something that we want to work on for a day or 2. If you've been having trouble for a few days getting your foods all entered maybe that would be a goal for a day. Or it can be something in your everyday life.
