Thanks for sharing what you do. I figure if I space things out a little I won't get as hungry and then be tempted to cheat!

I don't work outside the home and I don't keep an eating schedule. If I am truly hungry---not head hunger, I eat. If I'm not, I wait. I always have something I can grab quick though so I dont binge.

"So fasting is effective, simple (one main rule - don't eat), flexible (lots of different regimens), practical (saves time and money), and virtually guaranteed to work. So why don't people support it? Because nobody makes money off you when you fast. Only when you buy crazy things like meal replacement shakes. Nobody wants to you to find out the Ancient Secret of Weight Loss." Dr. Jason Fung

Some things I do not deviate from, such as having my warm lemon water first thing in the morning. That really helps me set myself up for a compliant day, both physically and mentally. I tend to eat when I am hungry and keep Dr. Mike's fullness meter in mind. Often I have days when I am not very hungry at all. On those days I eat at mostly regular meal times and do just fine. I do find also that if circumstances force me to go for very long periods without eating and I get exceedingly hungry, I risk going off plan, and for me that is not good! I like to nibble on celery or baby carrots sometimes during the day as well.

I have been stretching out some of my meals and wonder if that is a bad idea. For example, I'm not as hungry first thing in the morning, so eat my eggs then. I will usually have my breakfast fruit a few hours later when I'm much hungrier. Is anyone else spreading out their meals, or are you eating eat meal all together?
