Oh I agree with both of you.It is so much easier on this diet to loose what you gain and to do it fast too. But then, it is pretty easy to go on too if you don't follow the plan emoticon

That's exactly what I'M talking about, PNM. It definitely gets things going again. And I thought I was stuck forever before finding 17DD! (Now it's a matter of follow thru!) Good luck with the pants!

This diet still blows my mind. I was kinda off of it for 5 weeks and gained 2.5 lbs. I started one again on Monday and I'm down almost a pound after just two full days. I'm so exicted to see the .4 lbs coming off of my body every morning again! This diet is so the answer for my strange but wonderful body. I'm still so grateful that I found it. Today I'm going into town to see if I'm in size 6 or a size 5 pants and I'm wondering if they even make them smaller. Wow.

I agree with the the others have told you. But just to put in my two cents worth... I've restarted multiple times (I know... STUPID! Why don't I just FINISH properly and be done with it?!). Anyway... the point I wanted to make was that anything I add back on, has come off again fairly easily when I get back on track with the plan. So don't stress and just trudge ahead! :)

I have to agree with my 2 friends here...don't go back to c1 yet...finish all 3 of the cycles and then go back. You will probably lose those 5 lbs in c2, because c2 is basically c1 anyhow just every other day. You can do this...don't be hard on yourself.
And as my co-leader Cindy says emoticon emoticon Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again emoticon emoticon

Dr. Mike says that you should only go back to C1 until you lose the weight you gained back and then continue on. Those 5 lbs are probably water and will come off very quickly. Life happens and what's important is that you get back on track right away.

Cut yourself some slack. You fell off for three days. Get yourself together, make sure that you have the right food and start at cycle 2 in the morning. Your body will adjust and it will be much easier to complete the three cycles and start over again on one after cycle 3. I want you to have long term success and not burn out. So pick yourself up and dust yourself off.

You blew it, forgive yourself and know that this is a new lifestyle not a diet. You will do fine.

I completed cycle one successfully ... Lost 11 lbs ...

Then came my birthday, st. Patrick's day (which is huge in my family), and several birthday dinners and goodies later, and I'm back up about 5 lbs.

I'm pretty disappointed in myself and upset that I left myself gain back about half of the pounds. I'm going to start cycle one again tomorrow, and try to continue on my weight loss path...I know I can do it it's just so hard to get back once you're eating the carbs and sugar again!

Hopefully tomorrow will be successful and I'll be back on track before I gain back everything. I discovered that posting on here consistently definitely helps, so I'm going to try and keep up on this forum!
