Thank you Angel! I am down another 2 pounds. So that is 4.4 pounds in like 4 days! I am amazed!!!

Oh my goodness ladies! I am on C1D1R1....and I have already lost 2 pounds!!!!!!! I am sure it is water weight...but hey...it weight plain and simple!

OMG, I love dark chocolate. If you just stick a square in your mouth and let it dissolve slowly...it is heavenly. I would rather eat a square or 2 of dark chocolate than eat milk chocolate.

I try to stick with what cycle I'm on, but will include a food or two if I feel the need. Mainly a square of super dark chocolate, which doesn't taste all that great, but does take away the urge. Or a piece of whole grain toast, or some oatmeal.

I honestly think the PMS exception has a LOT of extra food. I once had oatmeal when I really needed something due possibly to PMS, and I have had a square of dark chocolate during PMS days. The exceptions are there to use, but my suggestion is to just start C1 and see how it goes. If you really feel you need an exception then have one.

I did not do the PMS diet when I had my visitor, I was on C1, and did not lose weight. A couple of days later, I had a big loss, like my body caught up. Don't disparage if you don't lose much.

I think of the PMS diet as being when I have intense cravings and feel like I will eat a whole pizza if I do c1. If you are feeling totally with it and want to do c1, I wouldn't bother. I might eat the nuts because I have low iron and up my spinach. But other than that, I wouldn't want to hinder my success.

1st Goal: 18lbs by June 1 - Met goal on 4/28

2nd Goal: Onederland by July 31

Not sure why you can't start on c1 because you have your period. You could to the PMS for a week and then start on c1 after that.

Hi!

I was going to start the 17 DD R1C1 - but i got my monthly gift early! Argh! I got all my groceries last night and everything! LOL

Has anyone done the PMS Exception Diet that he talks about in Chapter 8 - page 135.

Anyone have weight loss success stories from the PMS Exception Diet???
