5 lbs. I enjoy reading things on the site. I have not gotten into a good routine of excercising yet. Life is busy and crazy. I am trying to watch more what I eat. I purchased a pedometer to count my steps. I have only had that 3 days now, but it keeps me moving more and looking at the calories that I have burned. That makes snacking not as appealing. So, I am SLOW, but getting there!! Small changes that will stick, is what I want and lose about 50 lbs.

I have only lost 2.5 pounds so far but I joined in march but then basically quit. I joined back again in June and am trying again. I went on Vacation only gained .4 ounces but I am proud of that. I have gone on vacation before and gained 5 pounds. Trying is my mantra. I did not gain the weight overnight and I will not lose it over night.

I joined and then forgot about it- too busy at the time (guess my motivation wasn't high enough) So I held steady till I went on vacation last week and gained 5 pounds. I have horrible willpower! I am a teacher so now I have some time to really focus on all the awesome things this site has to offer and get going on the 55 pounds I'd like to lose- get back to where I was when I got married 20 years ago! I do realize this will take a long time and do have a shorter term goal of 15 pounds this summer.
Should I join a new group since I just really started this week?
I want the cool timeline tracker everyone has- where do I find it?

So far I have lost 20 lbs, maybe more, but I only weigh myself every 2 weeks or longer. That way I don't become obsessed with a number. I absolutely love this website, so informative and free!!! it has really helped me a lot.

17.8 pounds. I love this place! I don't know if I've lost more because of it, but I do think it is easier to stay on track because of it. I even told my doctor about it. She was going to check it out because she said she has had patients ask her about places they can go to track their food and she didn't have an answer for them.

I love being able to track. I love getting points. They motivate me to keep trying! I hate to exercise but I'm working on that and even though I haven't been doing it every day I have done it more often because of this site.

My hats off to the SparkGuy and his wonderful team!!

I have lost about 9-10 pounds, but I have been sick, so that number my be a little inaccurate, lol.
I believe that this site WILL help, as I am a re-Sparker, and I believe in it. I don't have a least favorite part, becasue I just stay away from those and use what I need.
