Thanks for the support, y'all.

I'm not too worried about my progress. But was just curious about other people out there who might be in a similar situation or others who have progressed successfully. :)

You can always move back to stage one or refuse to move to stage three when asked, until you are ready.
Good luck.

This is not uncommon... it's always more challenging when you are moving into a new stage. Don't get frustrated... just do the best you can, and if you need to repeat, you always can.

A few days ago, SP asked me if I wanted to move from Fast Break to Portion Controls. I had done great that first week with my fast break goals, so I decided to move on even though I was going to be out-of-town on a road trip to my family reunion and back this week.

I'm not sure it was a good plan. My portion controls have been way out of whack and I haven't met my calorie goals since I switched. (Although I was doing fairly well before that.)

Of course, I'm going to keep trying (and now that I'm back home, I hope that measuring the serving sizes will be easier), but my question is this:

Has anyone else switched stages? And if so, how are you doing now?
