And, you appear to be losing weight so that's great.
Keep up the great work.

WW worked for me too but I never had the support because I never really knew anyone at the meetings and weren't comfortable with them. I feel like I get a lot more support here and keeping track of my calories and exercises is a lot easier here...IMHO

There are WW teams on SparkPeople. Search them out.
But, you don't need WW if you set up your goals and start tracking food and fitness here.
In my opinion, WW only teaches you how to count points not eat a well balanced diet with healthy portion control.
Good luck.

Welcome to Spark... and to this team!

I've never done the "WW" program itself, but I know there are others on here that have. There is a WW Sparkteam on here that may be able to help you w/ specifics. Here is the link to the team:

I heard that this is a good site to track weight and stuff. I am glad to be here. I was wondering is their anyone doing Weight Watchers on here? I have done this before and it really works for me. I have seen the diet on the "my trackers" from spark people. It seems like it allows for too much calorie consumption. For example I ate a really bad lunch (tostinios pizza and chocolate cake) and it does not look like that would be bad??? I am kind of confused.
