I would kill for a personal trainer!

Definitely a personal chef. One of the main problems I face is that when I get home I am starving and am tempted to overeat. If I had a chef, food would be ready and waiting when I got home and disaster would be averted.

I would choose the personal chef. That way I could focus on exercise and not worry about making nutritious meals and portion control. That would be done for me.

Tough choice. I think the chef, that way I would not have to think about it or do it, even though I enjoy it!

The power to change, the courage to do, the will and drive to be exceptional lies within me, and by leaving my fears, my doubts, and my excuses behind, I embrace all that lies within me.

I will take the personal trainer. I could use a little help in that area.

I love to cook and like playing with recipes to see how to make them healthier. The kitchen is my favorite place in my home. I don't think I would want to share the space with someone who can cook better than me.

You have been given unlimited funding for a year for your healthy goals however you have to make a choice. Would you prefer a personal chef for a year or a personal trainer for a year?
I think I'd prefer a personal chef. I haven't gotten the food thing down yet, but the exercising is there.
Any other thoughts out there?
