You can't remove it completely, but just don't check the box next to the foods in your plan that you aren't eating and they won't be reflected in the daily totals. Then if need be, you can add more foods to the other meals to make up the difference.

Pre or post I think it would be well to eat moderate meals each day. Couple of snacks won't hurt, if you are so declined to do so. Whatever you do, remember emoticon emoticon

I really like how the Diabetic Nutrition Plan food tracker sets the goals for each meal. The thing is that it provides the goals for the three meals and two snacks. I am pre-diabetic and I do not need to eat two snacks a day. Is there a way to still use the Diabetic Nutrition Plan to track my food but remove one of the snacks so the remaining calories can be split between the others? I cannot figure out how to remove a snack from this tracker? If I was not using the Diabetic version I could remove that extra snack. Can this be done?
