Saw this challenge a few months back. I now am ready to start.

We are in phase 4 of Covid. Most is open. still no malls or gyms church 33%. I don't think there is a phase 5.

It appears that this particular thread is the most active... so... things are going fine, in my third week. Tracking food is now, has always been...and forever will be the biggest challenge for me.

However... the challenge I have right now is that on the desktop the 'read article' link is fine. But on mobile... I don't get anything of value at all in the way of articles. Nothing. Notta. It's a big waste of time... anybody know how to set some filters or parameters on it?

I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic. I'm wanting to learn how to control it and loose weight and not have to go on insulin if at all possible
