I can't answer the question precisely as it depends on your fitness level but I would suggest say 15 minutes of stationery bike cycling and then adding in15 minutes of weight and yoga/pilates and stretching...the goal, I think, for this program is to add value to the overall strength of your body which makes running easier ....so while cycling adds extra say lung power and builds quads, it is the fine muscles, tendons and ligaments that develop with say lunges, squats and stretching so you don't injure yourself...this is what I do....yoga, kettle classes on YouTube and calisthenics and lots of stretching ...hope this helps...Good Luck and keep at it :-)...
