I think it is ok to continue running/jogging if time and place permits you in Haiti. But for the records and convenience it is better to come back from your trip and start officially. emoticon

ok so i have lost 30 pounds and have started to do the run/jog thing and thought yep I am going to join the 5K your way team. Here is my question...
I leave for Haiti next week for 9 days. No GPS to track, no place to actually run...heck no hot water LOL....so should i start the 'offical' start date when i get back and keep doing my walk jog? I dont really want to skip a week. guess i answered my question.
looking forward to feedback. thanks everyone

Steph
