Sorry, I just checked and it's not run keeper, it's called runnow.

I have an app that has a linked timer that I use for run/walking. It actually is a run keeper one. Maybe just look for a linked timer or run/walk timer. Mine was free.

My iPhone's timer only can set an alarm for minutes and hours, not seconds. Anyone know of an app that I can use to set an interval for say 90 seconds or 2.5 minutes or 3.5 minutes with an alarm that goes off? Free preferably. We are doing the walk/jog training program and it would really help to have a timer for the intervals.

I use the RunKeeper app for the overall time and distance tracking since the GPS portion of the Sparkpeople app stopped working with the latest upgrade. However, I couldn't find a seconds timer with alarm feature in the RunKeeper app.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
