I JUST got it and was wondering.....can it be used by someone who walks/jogs? If so, what do I chose as my activity?

I want to become a jogger, but I have to start with the walking with short jogs and work my way up.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this app. Seriously.

I think it's fairly accurate for the most part. I used it to keep my time during my 5K, and it was pretty spot-on. Now, the pathways are a bit erratic (I look like a drunkard when you look at my pathways, haha), but they're generally correct for the most part. :)

PS - GET IT 29 minutes for 4 miles! That's AMAZING! (I'm working on 13 minute miles because I'm still losing weight and struggling to increase my stamina ... WOW!)

I put runkeeper on my dd1 ipod and used for the first time today. How accurte is it when it comes to distance and speed?

It said I ran 4.14 miles in 29 minutes!!!

I am going to check my spark maps and my odometer on the car today. It would be amazing if it is right.
