I'm working through Coach Nicole's 28 day boot camp DVD in conjunction with this program. That helps me to get my cardio on the off days and fills in some strength training. I also do 6 to 7 days of yoga, anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes a session, and that covers my stretching.

I usually swim but sometimes I got for a brisk, 2mi walk.

Trying to recuperate from deep depression and the 40lb gain that accompanied it. Every day is a struggle.
