I kept forgetting to check off on my chart. It doesn't seem to let you go back and put in what you actually did. I'm going to do the trot tomorrow anyway. I'd like to start all over again, though. I was very inconsistent.

A goal without a plan is just a wish.

I can't always go strictly by the schedule either. Sometimes I just cannot jog as long as I am supposed to, so I just do what I can and keep on trying. emoticon

I have missed a few days too. One week I only went for one day and felt bad because I didn't do more. I just do what I can, when I can and am advancing slowly. You are doing great!

I am suppose to be starting week 3, I set my preference back to week 2 because the last time I did my walk/jog was on the 9th. I didn't feel my shoes were supportive enough to be jogging in so I haven't done much exercising besides my yoga dvd since it is barefoot.

I went and bought some new shoes, but where do I pick up and start? I still need to complete 2 of the walk/jog days in week 2. I don't need to completely start over with week 1, do I?
