I would say to take it slow and follow your doctor's instructions. You might have to switch to the 5K walk program instead.

The best case scenario is for you to get an ok from your doctor. I would hate to say yes and then you injure it more.

I am recovering from broken toe this sat will be 3 weeks..I am wearing tennis shoes and working (on feet all night) . Walked yesterday 2 miles with just small amount of pain but I am not doing the run/walk training. Whats you take? yes or no? would love input
