Thanks for that link, it has been very helpful. I was thinking of just starting the 5k walk/jog program from the beginning again and work my way up slowly to get back into things again

Hi All
I started the 5k walk/jog program a month or so ago and only got through week 1 before I got an injury ( not caused by the walk/jog program )
Anyway, I strained the ligament directly behind my knee and was advised by my dr not to do any form of exercise for at least a month, which has been hard as I do zumba, dancing etc etc and have really missed my exercise mates.
I am wanting to get back into things starting from next week and would like some advice about the best way to start over again without injuring myself again
