Keep doing what you are currently doing which is AWESOME!!!!!! It only matters with the longer distances. For instance, I am currently running 20 mile long runs and I don't want to do that every day...only once every 2-3 weeks. So, keep up the great work!

I've read all over the place that a runner should only do their race distance once a week at most during training. Well while doing Week 3 of the 5K Your Way training, I am walking/running that distance each training day. So I guess I am wondering if I am okay since in the whole scheme of things a 5K is relatively short or if I should scale back somehow?
