Check out newsletter@chirunning.com you can sign up for a free Chi running/walking/living newsletter I've read and watchs posted videos on this subject and have since tried to incorporate some of it into my walking/jogging program. You really need to focus. It's like learning how to walk all over again. I need to buy the book/DVD but budget is too tight right now. Since I have just started walking/jogging with dreams of becoming a runner, I was wanting to start out the gates with Chi Running. Glad I found this team to help in the transition

I just watched the chi running dvd for the first time today. I have never run before and am still curious, as my knees are a little wonky. I did find it interesting though and I may give it a try. I am going to go look now for the chi running sparkteam,

I've picked up the book, and am reading it now. There's a Chi Running spark team here, and you should definitely check it out! I haven't started yet (I was finishing up the walking training program) but I'm ready to finish the book and start my Chi Running program! The book so far has made a lot of sense. Obviously I'm not done yet, but I highly recommend finding the Chi Running Spark TEam, and start there... tons of folks to help!

Hi...a week or so ago, someone here mentioned they learned about Chi Running and it made all the difference for them. They now enjoy their runs and are injury free. Hopefully whoever you are, you see this and can respond to me. I'd like to chat with you about it. I looked it up on-line and am very interested...but would like to ask you some questions before I run out and buy books and DVD's. Thanks!
