So tonight , my daughter came to me and said she had a "splotch" on the other breast.... (she had one on the left one a few weeks ago, Dr said it "may have been a bug bite" byut we are not convinced) so here we go through all this again, I told her to call the Dr to make an appt again.

A friend I knew from the weight watchers boards just passed away because she ignored signs and then too late they found a cancerous growth when she became hospitalized... a few weeks later she passed away. She had just lost 201 pounds!!.. this was her last post on the WW board:

GLITTER4DIANE
12/11/2006 1:16:09 PM I'm having a half-hearted celebration here. I lost 6.6 lbs this week bringing me to a grand total of 201 lbs lost. Yay!

The celebration is half-hearted because I've been horribly sick since last Thursday and I don't have the energy for a full blown celebration. lol ... but when I do - LOOK OUT! =)

I'm very happy, though. I had a mini goal to get to 200 lbs lost by Christmas and I did it! My next mini goal is to get to 326 lbs.

We all now have a Glitter4Diane Challenge- to take better care of ourselves. She passed away on Dec 29

VERY IMPORTANT---- get yearly checkups and if something does not feel right-- dont ignore it

I dont want to scare you-- just being realistic.

Good luck!

OH wow sweetie, that sounds exteremely painful.. I would definitely consult your gyn because it does not sound good. I did not have regular periods and when I would they would last 40-90 days of spotting and sometimes clotting.. had 3 d&c's in 4 years and had pre - cancerous tissue, I had a total abdominal hysterectomy this summer. I am 42 so it is not like I wanted more children but you are young. Get it looked at... do not wait.

Hi. I wanted to ask about women's specific issues with weight and figured this was a good place! I had surgery last year to remove a fallopian tube that had gotten twisted around & filled with blood. It was the size of a soft ball (isn't everything?) and it had started irritating my appendix, which is what caused the pain to get me to go to the doctor (ER, actually). I had to have that removed too. I was wondering if any other ladies have had that happen with their fallopian tube? It's pretty rare, but I thought it might be because of my weight.

I'm experiencing something similar to what I had experienced when it was first starting before, but it would be extremely rare to happen TWICE. If it's a weight-related happenstance, then I could see it happening again. I don't have periods because of my weight. I get occassional spotting, but haven't had a REAL period since last October. I'm worried that the blood is backing up in my other tube, but I don't know if that's even what caused it before.

Thanks. :)
