As u can see the last time I was on here was in feb. I've now got back on and is trying to get myself back in the "doing what's right" mode.

My challenge for May is to drop 10 lbs., walk 4x;s a week, and get back to my workout routine.

Everyone is doing terrific!

I love Leslie Sansone - yesterday I did the 3-mile fast walk, boy she had some new moves!

My goal for February is to move in some way - whether that be exercise, stretching, playing w/ my daughter, etc., - every day. I would love to lose 5-10 lb. this month - I've been at a plateau.

Cyn, I weigh at the YMCA. Walmart has some scales that weigh to 350. If they don't have them at the store, you can order them on the web and they will ship it to a nearby store free.

Morning everyone,

Here I am again. It is Monday morning over here and it is my first day on my new regime to weight loss, fitness and health.

Today I am doing 1 hour of cardio and 30 minutes strength training. I will eat wisely within my 1,500 calorie limit and drink 8 glasses of water.
